Resorts with dancing?

I have not been able to find information about resorts that have places to dance. I know the Cloisters has a ballroom and instruction and that the Greenbriar has dinner dancing. Are there places in the southeast that aren't quite so expensive? Are there any places in the Caribbean? I'd be happy to keep a listing of information.

We just returned from a vacation at the Riu Palace Mexico. The dance floor was tile and small but it was possible to dance along the walkways and between the tables. I was flabbergasted when the band played music for polka, waltz, foxtrot, V. waltz, in addition to the expected salsa, rumba, merengue.
