upper body sway in Jive

Hello every body
As it would seem to have an upper body sway in Jive. Some body affirmed that, in Jive, only sway to the left and the straight, never to the right (for man- for lady of cause opposite).
Can any one give us some details? When and how to do the correct action of upper body sway in Jive?

Generally, as far as I know, there is NO body sway in Jive. Do you mention the Jive chasse? There will be a slight rise and fall action, felt through the knees, and “contra hip” action. Do these make you feel the sway?
