I have a passion to learn ballroom and salsa dancing i was wondering if anyone could recommend some dance schools in Queens NY? Also should i buy some professional dancing shoes and where? Thanks

I had the same question 3 yrs ago. There's a website (although it is no longer maintained) which lists dance studios and clubs in major cities in the US. I don't ever remember the URL, so I do a search with "Aria's Dance Page" using Yahoo as a search engine. This website usually comes up as "Let's dance" and it's one of the first websites listed in the search. Also, I've done searches with "ballroom dancing in [city]." My partner has a girlfriend in NYC - if they come up with something, I'll let you know. Regards, Hoofer
