1. Telemark - general definition/characteristics? Origin - German word, from Waltz? History - When was it introduced into the slow foxtrot?
2. What are the comparable/equivalent terms in the American silver syllabus for the ISTD's various telemarks? E.g. Telemark, Natural Telemark, Open Telemark, Hover Natural Telemark etc.

P.S. By the way, in the Silver American Syllabus, the Fallaway-Turn is natural-turning. What is this called in the International Style? Just "Open Right Turn to Fallaway Position"? Could this be more concise?
