There are quite a few sites on the web that
sell WCS videos. You didn't say what level
of videos you're looking for, but I'm going
to highlight beginner/intermediate videos
since people looking for intermediate/advanced videos would be more likely to already have an idea about where to obtain videos.
http://www.imagesinmotion.com offers videos by Robert Royston & Laureen Baldovi and videos by Dave Getty & Monique Rouleau.
Robert & Laureen's beginning WCS video is probably the one I'd most recommend. (I have their Beginning Hustle video, as well as one of their Int/Adv WCS videos, and some Int/Adv videos in other dances.) Their videos have a good discussion of lead&follow techniques and
a humorous teaching style. The Beginning Hustle video I have also includes enough moves to get you started while still spending enough time on each move. Another video I'd recommend is their "Choreoghraphy on the Fly"
video, since WCS is a dance that focuses so much on matching your dancing to the music.
Dave Getty & Monique Rouleau are quite focusted on technique, from what I've seen
of them, though I don't have any videos
entirely by them. Their WCS videos on this site are Int/Adv only, adn they would be another good choice if you are looking for Int/Adv material. One advantage of the
Images In Motion site is that the specific
moves on each video are listed, at least for
the videos in existence when the site was
last updated over a year ago. There is no
secure on-line ordering, but tapes are shipped promptly when you call.

by at least half a dozen pairs of instructors, including Gary McIntire/Lisa Richardson and Toby Munroe/Lorrie Bradshaw.
I like Toby & Lorrie's instructional style
from the workshops I've taken, though I don't
own any of their videos. The tapes on this site are generally somewhat more expensive than on other sites, and most are Int/Adv level.

Debbie Ramsey and Wesley Boz. The Int/Adv
tape I have spends more time than other tapes on showing each partner's footwork without the other partner present before showing the
pattern with the two partners together. I find this approach harder to learn, since
the steps and the lead or follow only mean
something if performed with a partner.
http://www.danceconnection.org offers tapes by Grant Austin. These tapes are less expensive than most others. I have a WCS
syncopations video by Grant Austin, and it is
OK but nothing special.
Michelle Kinkaid sells videos at http://www.logrus.com/~maaad/michelle/videos.html . The Beg/Int video I have does an OK job of explaining the footwork for the basic steps and some easy intermediate moves, but
is not as good as some others and has poor sound quality.
I'm sure there are other sites to obtain WCS
videos as well. I hope this is of some help
