I know there are databases that'd list places to dance in the fair sunny city but I'd like some information first hand. Hence, here again is the common refrain, with a whiny twang added for effect - "Can anybody tell me any good places to dance in LA??"

I 'll be visiting from June 14-19th and may have the time to go dancing a couple of times, preferably a ballroom/latin place, with a few young and hopefully a few good and a few international style dancers. Club recommendations for WCS/hustle/salsa are also welcome. And sans a car at my disposal, I'd like to hear recommendations for some place easy and safe to get to and back from the LA Convention center.

Now, if someone can come up with an Algorithm where we can put in those kinds of parameters - that would be a killer database, ey.
