Frustrations......

I'm Currently A 20 Year Old Ballroom Instructor For A Local Studio. For My Age, I Think I'm Quite A Decent Dancer/Teacher, But All I Hear About Is How Frustrated My Partner Is With Me Concerning Improving In My Dance, Not To Mention The Owner Of My Studio And A Few Other Pros.

I Feel Really Pressured And I Don't Think I Can Progress As Fast As They'd Like. I Think I've Hit A Good 1 Year Long Plateau And Was Curious If If Anyone Has Any Suggestions On How To Get Out Of The Rut, Or How To Explain To These People My Limitations.....

Thanx,
Jazzmann
