Just wondering how to get that lovely 'below hip' movement needed to dance cha-cha, rhumba, etc.
Any tips to help me??
Somthing I can practice at home.
Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Dancer- Isolation exercises will help out quite a bit. Practice neck/head, arms, sternum, abs, hips/legs, and feet. They are all important to achieve your goal. You should have someone qualified to show you how to do them correctly so you do them the right way and to keep from getting injured. Good Luck.
