I'm being tested on Swing (triple swing). I'm worried about my arms and my head positions any suggestions on how to make me look like I'm dancing like it mean it?

Shine- Are you being tested solo or with your instructor? If solo- practice steps in front of mirror, instructor, or friends-with and without music, look and be confident, I'm assuming you need to verbalize the count- know it, speak it clearly,and on time to the music, use lots of controlled energy in your steps/arm work, look at your imaginary partner as if dancing with him/her- but don't stare. If with instructor- the above, if leading or following- keep and work from Latin connection. Good Luck! Len

Thanks so much for the tips. I did test with my instructor. I'll find out the results on my next lesson. I think I did pretty good, except for really releasing of my feet in my Foxtrot. Do you have any suggestions for keeping the cuban motion in my latin dancing. (I'm a woman). I want to look sexy.
