I kind of doubt it. Not all songs are suitable for ballroom dancing. Maybe for other styles, but I suppose in the end you can dance something to any song. The other thing is some songs work just fine with a couple of different dances. For example, Sing Sing Sing can work as a quickstep or a swing style, perhaps lindy. There are quite a few songs that around here we tend to term "chustles" because they're kind of hustle songs with a fairly strong cha cha beat meaning you could really dance either one to it. I've seen a few songs that people danced both west coast swing and foxtrot to. Basically I don't think you're going to find some giant list saying "for song X do dance Y". With some experience in ballroom and listening to a lot of the music played for it, you'll start to recognize what songs go well with what dances. I'm sure you can find some smaller lists of music with suggested songs for dances to help get you started if you look around the web. I don't think I have any links offhand, but a web search should turn up at least some relevant pages.
