"Anonymous. You've got that wrong. Did I or did I not say that the ladies steps are not a mirror image of the man's and should not be treated as such. Which means exactly what it says."

If that was all you had said, we would not be having an argument.

Instead, when I had recommended that you can understand the difference between the variety of actions all described only as "TH" by considering what the other partner is doing during them, you had responded:

"it is never a good idea to go to the
other persons steps as a guide ever"

It is that statement which I take exception to, particularly in the way that it was posted in response to my recommendation that you consult the other person's part for additional guidance. And it is that statement which you yourself have seemed to contradict in later posts.

"Look at the pictures.Again the body is behind the moving foot and not in front."

Yes, that's what's wrong with the picture.

"Don't bring the position of the body weight in relation to your back foot."

That is precisly the detail I wanted you to acknowledge when I called your attention to the picture. If you aren't going to look at that, do us all a favor and don't look at them at all.

"This is your usuall get out by starting to bring the rear foot into the argument. That one is long past."

It is the foot of primary importance at this point, as it is the foot/leg sending the body weight. The moving leg is entirely passive here.

"With split weight there is only one place that foot can be and that is to the rear."

The weight should not be split here! Even if you believe in split weight at mid-stride, this is NOWHERE NEAR MID-STRIDE. You must not have ANY weight in the moving foot (not even it's own weight) when it still has the majority of its travel yet to accomplish.
