Hello Dmitro,
I'm glad you asked the question - it is not stupid.

TH = toe then heel
T = toe
L = left
R = Right
DC = diagonal center (it's the way you're aligned in the room)
DW = diagonal wall

That wasn't a bad question. I would suggest that "ballroomdancers.com" should define the abbreviations in those sections for people not familiar with the terms.
