No doubt we'll have more lessons on spinning in the future. But your absolute best bet is to invest in some private lessons with someone who specializes in the teaching of spins & turns. I've had students who understand perfectly the concepts I teach on the website, but that doesn't mean they can execute them without additional assistance. Often times you're doing something (or many things as the case may be) that you're not even aware of.

In the meantime, keep up the practicing of those exercises. They will help. Conditioning is important to overcoming dizziness. But for the fastest possible cure, mark my words: There's nothing as effective as private instruction. Period.

Good luck.

Sincerely,
Jonathan Atkinson
