If you're in NYC (or even if you're not, I suppose), you could try Chris Stephenson who makes very good men's practicewear.

Oh, I guess I should say that I have no connection to Chris (other than he used to kick my ass in comps when we were children).

Have you looked at Chrisanne's practice wear for men? I recall that they had some form-fitting t-shirts and bodysuits. I can't recall if these items were made out of lycra or not, but you could check their web site and see: www.chrisanne.co.uk
