Thank you all very much.
If you'd surfed on any site at Taiwan. You would find that almost no one, really on one, talked about those topics liked this site.
I've known that your advices were very precious.
Last week, I thought I might get your points. Maybe it was my first time to "really lead".
Last week I tried to drop all the new variations out I've learned before and just danced basic fiqures (cause I didn't have to "think" my foot) and try to extended my arm, keep frame, tension and moved my weight (I felt it above my hip, but I known I still not controlled well ) used my standing leg to push my weight forward, and just let my free leg "swing" and when my standing leg couldn't push any more, my free leg also landed naturally, then I felt my weight was "just" almost on my new standed leg.
That made me felt I could keep my balance more well.
I found that It indeed improved the bad situation a little I encouter , cause my paterner could felt more obvious sings from my upper body then my feet moved and not my feet gone to hit her then my body moved!! Did it was the meaning "over my feet!?"
I will practice all those key point all you mention. The point about how to move my leg is really good to me, it gave me a instant improvement.
