Bambie,
Good question. Here's how it works:
In order to view anything other than basic text and pictures with your browser, you need to equip it with special "plug-ins", which are little computer programs that, as the name implies, you "plug in" to the browser to add functionality.
It may sound intimidating, but it's not a complicated process at all. There are basically 4 steps:
(1) Using your web browser, go to the website where they have the software available, and download it. In this case, you would go to the RealAudio site at www.real.com and follow the links to get the software. By the way, it's free.
(2) Launch the downloaded program, which is usually an installer. This program will install the plug-in for you.
(3) Restart your computer.
(4) Sign back on to the internet, go back to our website at www.ballroomdancers.com, and listen away!
I hope this helps. If you have trouble with any of the steps along the way, let me know and I'll clarify even further.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Atkinson, webmaster www.ballroomdancers.com
