The position of the lady is known as "Back Attitude". The man can take almost any position, the only stipulation being that he should be leading her to turn with one hand (usually a RH-RH connection).

It can be done in any dance, except possibly the Int'l Standard dances for obvious reasons. But anything else is fair game... Latin, Swing, Hustle, C&W Two-Step, even American Smooth.

Anyway, getting to your question about photos: I'm not sure where to tell you to look. A photo of a pot-stir is not something you see every day. You might have to ask someone to pose for you while you take their photo.
