Rise and Fall Technique

There is, sure, rise and fall in Viennese Waltz. But how much, it depends. If you feel that you make rather great effort to rise and fall, other people looking at you will see that a little. Well, then you are doing quite well.

So, to achieve "a little rise and fall" in the view of observers, you have to train hard to feel you done it quite much. If you feel you "rise and fall a littel", then observers see nothing. Follow the key:
- In the forward half (outter turn): feel the rise through your body, knees, and feet (ankles)
- In the back half (inner turn): feel the rise ONLY through your body and kness. NO FOOT RISE.

However, we use most knee bending and body straitening. Those can be used both in Natural Turn and Reverse Turn.
