Which is why I very carefully said

"almost (but not quite) CBMP placement"

Many leading teachers are not so precise, and will express what they want by literally telling you to take that step into CBMP. They probably figure that you won't quite manage to get into CBMP, but what you do manage by trying for CBMP and failing will be just about what is needed.

All your problems are spoken about and demonstrated by Anne Lewis on John Wood's and Anne Lewis's video. Can be taken straight. Advanced dancers curve this figure slightly to the left when taken after a Reverse Turn. Page 167. Alex Moore.
