Try Washington-Baltimore with New York city a close second. Realize that there are good coaches in some of the isolated areas of the US. You have to search them out. I would not consider Blackpool to be a great location in the UK. London and some of the really backwater towns in Yorkshire probably are best. Historically they have been the source of some great dancers.

First-New York City, maybe Atlanta,GA, San Diego or Los Angeles,CA, Seattle,WA, and St.Louis,MO. In Canada- Montreal.
