Karen- Esther Don is the organizer of the Tri-State Challenge Competition. She is also an examiner for the USISTD (American and International styles). If you continue to compete, you'll see a lot of her. To answer your question about different dance organizations- go to www.dancescape.com, look under "organizations". Besides ISTD, you'll find a list of US and International, Amateur and Professional. Some you'll come across are: USABDA, IDSF, NDCA, NADTA, PDF, etc. FYI-The ISTD will be holding a comp this coming weekend in Cherry Hill, NJ.
