For a beginner dancer, I would suggest finding yourself a regular instructor. I don't know if "Bill Sparks" teaches regularly out of your studio or dance party, if he does, you might want to look into it. But if he is what I call a "visiting pro," (Only there for a few days) it might be interesting to take any group seminars he offers, but if it's only private lessons, those could be pricey (possibly 2-3 times what a local instructor would cost). And it might be more technique than you're ready for. You're best bet is to contact wherever he is teaching out of, tell them your dance level and see if they recommend doing it. Hopefully, they'll be honest
