There are a few websites - including this one - with partner search facilities. Do a search on "ballroom dance partner" to find others. Be careful; some of them charge fees.

Also, assuming that you're an amateur, you can work through your local chapter of USA Dance - assuming that it's run better than the two here in Atlanta.

One word of caution: don't expect a studio to help you find a partner.

Check your local YMCA or senior center for group lessons (some churches have them also ) also some studios also have promotional evenings
GOOD LUCK

Also some rec.centers have group lessons available for reasonable rates
