For most of us we generally do our dancing at a studio, at a rec center and some like to go to nightclubs.

I'd like to say that there is one that I have found to be great fun and that's when someone gives their own party at their home and includes something like a barbeque meal.

I was at one last year where the couple rented a dance floor that they put in the back yard and they hired a DJ - though I think you can do just as well with a CD player and plenty of music.

There are also these very informal functions that occur on a week night at a small bar or coffee house with a small area for dancing since turnouts are generally small. The one that I like to attend is a Swing and Salsa night on Tuesdays at this coffee place which has a living room like area for dancing. It's different and a lot of fun.

"Wherever you go, you represent the team. You will talk like, you will look like and you will act like the most dignified professional in your hometown" - Vince Lombardi to his players.
