How about follow a heel pull with 'Hover feather' to make it SSS-QQ and complete the phrase.

Foxtrot Natural Turn

I am sure that the timing is SQQSSS, in which:
- SQQ: can be regarded as "Turning action", Lady does a Heel Turn to the R
- SSS: can be regarded as "Heel Pull action", Man does a Heel Pull.

However, with advanced dancers, the timing may be different. This depends much on the Follows. So, with the timing SQQSQQ, I guess you should study your tape again and find which figure is followed. In the case if your tape teaches basic technique, my advice is you should follow the ISTD's technique, and use other's technique as references.

I have no more ideas about "bebob". It's music, for me, is very poor.

Best regards,
