Artie Shaw (younger people may not remember that he was a clarinet player and bandleader, one of the leading musicians during the "swing era") was quoted as saying that all that dancers need is a windshield wiper. Usually, dancers look for music that has a definite, uniform tempo. Other people have made some good suggestions, but all of them point out that it's going to take some effort to dance to this music because of its nonuniform tempo. Perhaps you should consider a different song.

I had not heard this before, so I just checked out the music. I think you could do a cha cha cha for this.
