Unknown Name for Mystery Tango figures.

What is the correct name of the figure in Tango which looks, for all intents and purposes, like the couple is mimicking a Royal Lipizzaner Stallion when it does the prancing slow march step. The couple is moving forward with a scuff and then exchanges weight on the step followed by the other foot scuffing and stepping. This is usually repeated one more time filling the 8 counts of the phrase.

I have also seen this step done in close succession with another unnamed step which mimics the opening of the Lavern and Shirley show where they are walking forward, arm in arm, and one girl pendulums her straight leg in front of the other causing the second to pendulum her leg around and over the first. All the while each is chanting "Schlemiel! Schlimazel! Hasenpfeffer Incorporated!"

Any help with either mystery step would be appreciated.
