Which video clips are you trying to download?
I always suggest going with the player that was intended for the clips. For AVI files, I suggest the Windows Media Player, for Quicktime files, the Quicktime player, and for RealVideo files, the RealPlayer. If you get all three, you should be able to view all of the video files on our site.
Download sites are:
Windows Player www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia/
By the way, version 7 is out now. You should upgrade if you haven't done so already.
Quicktime Player www.apple.com/quicktime
RealPlayer www.real.com
I know it's sort of a pain to go and get all of them, but it gives you a much better shot at being able to view the files. If I had it to do all over again, I'd do all of the clips on our site in one format. In the future, as time permits, I'll be working on consolidating our file types in one way or another.
Good luck.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Atkinson www.ballroomdancers.com
