No, I think you misunderstood the intent of the policy. The reservation to reveal identity is not held for the purpose of making it public; It is only held in the event that it is required by somebody for legal purposes. If the government comes knocking on my door looking for you because you posted instructions for building a bomb on our message board, it is my ethical responsibility to give your identity to them. But other than that which is absolutelty required either by law or by ethics, we have no reason to reveal an identity. To be honest, I've never even looked at them... I have no reason to.

So I wouldn't worry too much, unless you're planning on bombing a dance studio. (:
