I'll certainly try your exercise
to dance on 2.
I don't know how long it'll take me
to be consistant,
but at least I have a way to go about it now.

My friend Josie is originally from Toronto. She's the Salsa teacher that you see on Ballroomdancers.com and latindance.com. She lives in LA now, but I would guess that she must still have some friends who live there. You might try asking her if she has any recommendations.
