Okay, at the risk of straying slightly off topic here, phil.samways' response aroused my curiosity. Ireland was once famous for its oaks, but was practically denuded of them by the British during the era of the wooden ship. So I'm wondering -- when you say most good floors in Ireland are maple -- is it because there's something you find inherently better in maple -- or is it because oak remains scarce?
