That is a thousand-dollars' question. The correct technique can?t be learnt in a few hours by a few words. What you can try is to find a coach who can teach the right technique. In addition of having a relative deep pocket for hiring a coach to learn it right, you need commit your practicing time, a few thousand hours maybe.

As an assistant learning method, you might want to watch some technical videotapes, such as Shirley Ballas? ?Latin Technique and Muscular Exercises?.

You also can post this question to any ?experts? at askme.com and see whether any of them is able and willing to answer your question.

Remember thought, no any good technique comes cheap and easy.
