You can also download my dance software wich is freeware (not shareware). I'm also a programmer and I made this software to remember my dance steps. There are about 60 figures included (international style). This is the direct url to the dance software: http://www.xs4all.nl/~fghb/07e.htm
This is no movie format, but an animation of the feet (man and lady). You can change tempo etc. You can also insert your own figures. Read about it in the dance magazine.
