Is there a particular Website for American Style Ballroom that have Video Clips in their archives for me to watch... examples of good Cubian Motion, CBM, Swaying, and the Rise and Fall (Waltz) are the elements I think would prove to be quite beneficial to beginners... like me... but any clips would be good.

I assume you've seen the clips at ballroomdancers.com? If not, try that. Also, there are a couple of others out there which were mentioned recently in another post, I beleive in the Ballroom Dance Discussion forum.
