I was hoping someone could help me. . .
I have no musical ability whatsoever, so do-it-yourself BPM counters make me nervous. What BPM do the following songs have, and/or what dance would you choose for them? Opinions welcomed eagerly.

My first choice with this song is quickstep (or fast foxtrot) but you could also do a single-time swing (social jive) as well.

Your the One - The Vogues
My first choice is American Rumba but you could also do a foxtrot as well.

I have given you some choice with both songs depending on whether or not you want the dance to travel around the room.
