I did not see where you are from.
Just to supply hope. Recently I saw a show on TV for the impaired-dancers. It was the championships ( I think - anyhoo... it was a competition...)
So... if you are in SA. Contact fedansa. MAYBE they can provide more info. Otherwise contact your dance organisation.

I saw a whole team of blind waltzers perform in Los Angeles a few years ago. It was a USABDA event, so maybe the national office can help you with a contact in your area.
