i was wondering what ya'lls favorite dance is? i love the tripple time swing!

I would have to say that although I am a 10 dance dancer I love Jive the most and Samba and Rumba! I think I love all dances, even the ones that aren't for competition, like Merengue or Charleston! I just simply love to dance! The one dance that gives me a head-ache is Quickstep, even though I like the rythm. It's killing my feet!
Anyway, dancing is fun, whatever music you dance on! ;-p

Hi I believe my favorite would be a 2-step and swing. I love to dance period but those are my favorites. And for smooth it would be a foxtrot or a waltz. My Dad (God rest his soul) was foxtrot dancer and my Mom used to dance on roller skates!

Basically anything latin......I love Samba a lot because it reminds me of hip hop and its highly sexy. Close in 2nd is Cha cha........ ;-p

Nightclub two-step for me, in part because it's fun to dance with just about anyone. In a social setting it's easy to teach a couple basic steps to a complete novice in the space of a song, and there are a bunch of easy-to-lead figures to play with from there. And with a non-novice, turning up the graceful styling makes it feel like you're dancing on clouds.

Of the "official" American-style dances, I'd probably choose cha-cha. Not that I'd turn down any of the others!

I find Rumba/Rhumba really hard.

the rolls royce of dancing is of course the slow foxtrot and when you hear some of the superb music available then there is no contest........regards to all from the UK

I'm just beginning to enter the world of ballroom dance so I'm not familiar with all of the dances. However, I'd have to say that the salsa and the tango are the ones that really move me.
