Though I consider foxtrot to be the definitive ballroom dance, I would personally choose Waltz for a wedding. But it's your wedding, so here are some foxtrot ideas:
-A Nightingale Sang in Berkley Square
(nice - swinging but dignified, and a 'night we met' love story)
-More (Andy Williams) Classic, enduring love/respect, etc
-I will Wait for You (if it takes forever)
(the better recordings of this require experience
to dance in time with, and it may be a little

-Dancing Cheek to Cheek
And just for humor value, you should listen
to "She's no lady" once before the ceremony...
