Does anyone know where I might rent a gown in the Washington DC metropolitan area. I'm looking for a smooth gown (waltz) for an amateur competition.

Hi, Laura:

I am trying to buy an used tailsuit for my son. Is the UK sizes same as US? For example, the listing size is 38 (UK) with chest 34, it sounds about the same of US size 38 to me. Waist 30, no problem understanding that. UK Length 31?? Can you explain that? Is that the same as US inseam 31? Thanks.
