I am not from that area but before anyone can answer that question you need to answer others:
Is your dancing for Fun only, social reasons, to impress clients at business functions, to be world champion, to travel the world, or dance in CT only, to just move your body, to not step on your partner, to not be embarrased at a club ... There are many more questions to be answered. The best suggestion is for you to go and take a couple or five lessons from each and find out if that is for you. IN five lessons you will learn how they teach in one trial you learn how they entertain. What you look for is a teacher who does not dance you until you have given them a clear direction. For your best enjoyment be as clear and precise as you can. good luck.j.
