Hi everyone!

I am getting choreography from a coach tomorrow - it's a last minute thing. Anyway, I am looking for a contemporary viennese waltz to do a show to. I like Enrique Inglesias "You're My Number One". But does anyone else have any other suggestions for CONTEMPORARY v. waltzes?

"Once upon a December - Deana Carter (nice song from the Anastasia soundtrack.)

"Have you ever really loved a woman" - Brian Adams

"Caribean Blue" - Enya (new age music style)

Your definition of "contemporary" may not match mine, but here are a few of my favorite nonorchestral Viennese waltzes:

Goo Goo Dolls - Iris (this one has a couple brief timing changes, but you could use those for added effect in a routine, or edit them out)

Styx - Show Me The Way

Corrs - Erin Shore (has a neat waltzable drum solo toward the end)

Erasure - Witch In The Ditch (a bit fast)

There's even a decent one in the soundtrack from the PlayStation game "Final Fantasy VII."
