Jofjonesboro. Not quite correct right. Luca is off and running still holding the Sway from step three. Are you able to watch the clip as fractionally as you wish. I dont think so. And you are most certainly not looking at the back view of Luca on the 5th bar which is an Open Impetus. You won't even need slow motion fot that one. I don't know, maybe some have a more trained eye for detail than others. But when it is pointed out for that brief moment you might see what is, and not what you think you see. Lets hear it for Bar five. Or is it beat fifteen.
Concerning the rise and fall. There is a very good video clip on youtube of all rounds and the final from the Blackpool Tower Ballroom in the Waltz. How can we tell it is not the same ballroom that the British is held at. The stage is on the short side of the floor.. The event is staged by the Imperial Society. No tails and it is a Senior event. What is noticable is the lack of rise and lowering. If you look in the first round there are two ladies dancing as a partnership as well. But as I said . Even the ultimate winners very short on rise and fall. Which is how I would imagine most of you social dancers who write in dance. No disrespect , just stating a cold fact.
