I can only tell you the competition where I heard that Jive song!
If it is enough information (i don't know) it was Latin Professional Competition and the finalists were:

13-) Alexander Montanaro - Daniela Skarpill (Germany)
16-) Martin Dihlmann - Lydla Welsser (Germany)
19-) Holger Nitshce - Charlotte Egstrand (Denmark)
23-) Roman Pawelec - Monika Pawelec (Polen)
27-) Misako Yahata - Shigero Yahata (Japan)

I watched that competition at Eurosport and guess that it was in Germany.
