If the man is staying basically in place by twisting on both feet, the lady can't be doing the same thing. She should be moving around him. According to the ISTD book, the lady's part for steps 4 and 5 of a plain Natural Twist Turn is: 4 -- RF fwd in CBMP, OP, facing DW, 1/8 turn between 2-4, no rise and fall, T, CBM, sway S, timing Q; 5 -- LF to side RF brushes to LF, backing DC, 1/4 between 4-5, body turns slightly more, rise on 5, T and IE of RF, no CBM, sway R, timing S. If you want to use different endings to the figure, Impetus options or whatever, some of the steps change to accomodate that.
