BPM to MPM in Hustle

I'm having a blonde moment.... NDCA recommended tempo for Hustle at comps is 28-30 MPM. Is this multiplied by 3 or 4 to get BPM? If I dance to a song with 36 "&123"'s per minute, it's fairly slow. I've searched for Hustle songs online and can only find them listed by BPM. Thanks in advance for any enlightenment....

Although hustle is danced in 3 beat phrasing, hustle music is in 4/4 time. To get BPM, multiply MPM by 4, 112-120 BPM.
