I'm having a blonde moment.... NDCA recommended tempo for Hustle at comps is 28-30 MPM. Is this multiplied by 3 or 4 to get BPM? If I dance to a song with 36 "&123"'s per minute, it's fairly slow. I've searched for Hustle songs online and can only find them listed by BPM. Thanks in advance for any enlightenment.... Melissa

Although hustle is danced in 3 beat phrasing, hustle music is in 4/4 time. To get BPM, multiply MPM by 4, 112-120 BPM.
