The ALLEGRO BALLROOM, located at 5855 Christie Avenue>Emeryville,CA,USA (BayArea). is recruiting members for the YOUNG PEOPLE'S DANCE PROGRAM.
This program was created at the Allegro during the month of May02 and has received a great response from our youngsters in the Bay Area. We are now looking for more students to come and attend.

PEEWEE GROUP(12 & under) 1:00-2:00pm
TEENS GROUP(13+) 2:00-3:00pm
*All classes include a FREE SUPERVISED PRACTICE SESSION from 3:00-4:00pm*

Classes are held SATURDAYS. and cost $5.00 per class.

These classes are taught by EXPERIENCED DANCE PROFESSIONALS such as Scott Patterson, Teresa Antonio, and Tytus Bergstrom with 6 to 10 volunteer teaching assistants.

Some of the different dances that are taught at these sessions are the Salsa, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Chacha, Rumba, Samba, HipHop, & Jive.
Scholarships are eventually offered to the most serious and promising students.

Monday night rehearsal are also available for young students. These Monday night students will be able learn a specialized routine taught by professional dancers. At the end of the 2 month training, the student will perform in the ballroom in front of an audience including parents, ballroom members, professional dancers, and other performers. In the past we have showcase these special people in a Chacha and Salsa routine and this upcoming Oct.4 will be schowcasing them in an East Coast Swing and Hustle routine. Please come and see us perform to get a first hand view of what we're all about!! This is also $5.00 per class and is from 6:30-7:30pm.
All dancers receive a certificate of completion at the end of each showcase.

Discounted gift certificates for classes will be available, a good birthday/graduation present for a child or teen and their friends.
