Hello,
Many times I had download the variation of the week. In this moment I
can't do it and I don't know if I have any problem with my computer, or
if I can't do this.
Can you help me, please?
Thanks,
Regards.

When you say you can't "download", do you mean you can't save the video clip to your computer's hard drive, or do you mean you simply can't view it at all?

If it is the former, please know that downloading the clip to your computer is not something we support. The clips are provided so that they may be viewed from their location on the web. Although we don't expressly prohibit people from downloading our clips, we neither encourage nor support this action. So if you know how to download them, you may, but we don't provide any technical support in this department.

If, by "download", you mean that you have trouble viewing the clips on the web, then the reason is more likely related to two recent changes: (1) We have recently begun the process of embedding the video into the web page itself, rather than launching it in a "stand-alone" player. (2) Recent versions of Internet Explorer have ceased support for embedded Quicktime video. Without a long, drawn-out explanation, the solution is either: Download and install the latest version of Quicktime, or use Netscape Navigator.

For more info, read the recent articles "Latest Variation" and "This Week's Variation" in this forum.

Sincerely,
Jonathan Atkinson
