When I open the East Coast Swing page the variation portion is blank. Is it all updated?

Do you mean this week's variation of the week, or the basic ec swing section of the website? I just scanned through both sections, and found no errors or outdated material.

To be sure, clear your browser's cache and try again. The best way to go about this is to close all instances of the browser, then right-click on the shortcut to the browser and select "properties". Under "history", click the "clear history" button. Under "temporary internet files", click the "delete files" button. Once this is all done, open up your browser again and go back to the variation. This should do it.

If you use Netscape, there's probably a similar way to clear the cache, although I don't know the exact procedure. Maybe someone else reading this can help if this is the case. But whichever browser you use, remember to close all instances of it before clearing the cache.

If, after you've successfully cleared your cache, you're still getting some sort of error or outdated looking material, let me know exactly what page by specifying the URL, and I'll look into it further.

Sincerely,
Jonathan Atkinson
