hi...i am going back to dance this year after having to take two years off due to a knee injury, where i was unable to dance and i had to go through pysio.anybody have any suggestions on how i can train or get my legs and feet (of course) ready to dance again....i feel i can still do it however i need some exercises to re train myself! if any body has any suggestions please help! thank you

What a pitty that I don't know any exercies to help you. I understand that it will be very hard for you to recover.
However, I know how to treat. Did you try to find a herbalist? Chinese herbalist, I mean, they will have some special ways for you, and as far as I know, usually very efective.
Hope it is not too late to find one. I am not in America, Canada, so that is the best I can advice you.

If you have your doctor's permission, join a fitness club and use their personal training services. A personal trainer can set you up with exercises to address your weaknesses and help prevent any future injuries.
