I work for a major record label and am interested in knowing how we would go about marketing a 'song', artist to the ballroom dance community?
Where do you normally get your music from etc?
We have a new artist named Joy Enriquez who has a single called "Shake Up The Party" coming out in the next couple of months. It is a very salsa, 'hot' track and the first time I heard it, I immediately thought of my 'ballroom dance' class.
I studied for about 2 years prior to my wedding at Ballroom Magic in Union , NJ (owner - Kelly Vuyovich). What an awesome sport it is..and my husband and I watch "Dancesport" every time we catch it on cable.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
